• Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech S.L.U. does not carry out voluntary own-initiative investigations or content moderation activities aimed at detecting, identifying, removing or blocking illegal content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, after receiving a notice from an individual or entity through the notice and action mechanisms in place, Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech S.L.U. becomes actual knowledge that the information provided by the recipient of the service is illegal content or is incompatible with our terms and conditions, Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech S.L.U. may agree to the total or partial suspension or termination of the provision of the intermediary service, and must inform the recipient of the service of the reasons for the restriction imposed, as well as the redress mechanisms available.

For the purposes of this Legal Notice, Telefónica Tech, S.L.U., Telefónica IoT & Big Data Tech, S.A.U. and Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech S.L.U. will be jointly referred to as "Telefónica Tech".

1. The intellectual property rights of this Website, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases and the different elements contained therein, including trademarks, are owned or licensed to use by Telefónica Tech, which is responsible for exercising the rights to exploit them in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

2. This Legal Notice govern access and use of the Website that Telefónica Tech makes available to Internet users. Access to it implies its acceptance without reservation. The use of certain services offered on this Website shall also be governed by the general and/or specific conditions provided for in each case, which shall be deemed accepted by the mere use of such services.

8. Telefónica Tech owns the industrial property rights relating to its products and services. With regard to third party products and services mentioned on the Website, Telefónica acknowledges the claim of the owners to the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, their mere mention or inclusion on the Website according Telefónica no rights or responsibility whatsoever in respect of the said products and services, nor implying any endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation on the part of Telefónica Tech.

Telefónica Tech and the user, expressly waiving their right of recourse to any other jurisdiction, hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the user's place of residence for the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation with access to this Website. If the user's place of residence is outside of Spain, Telefónica Tech and the user, expressly waiving their right of recourse to any other jurisdiction, hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid (Spain).
