Telefónica Tech is therefore equipped with the necessary tools and training to achieve and maintain this policy on an ongoing basis.

Senior management is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and achieving continuous improvement of the Service Management System and therefore of the services provided, allocating adequate resources and ensuring compliance with this policy.

All employees are responsible for complying with the procedures and controls established in the service management framework, as well as for reporting any security incident or non-compliance.

To this end, Telefónica Tech management will provide the necessary resources to be able to apply the service management regulations. The entire team is committed to make the best possible use of these resources to achieve the shared objective.

This policy is the reference framework to establish and review the service management objectives of our organization, being reviewed annually for its continuous adaptation.
