Altostratus to be integrated into Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech

As part of the ongoing process to streamline and simplify Telefónica Tech's corporate structure, Altostratus Solutions S.L. will be integrated into Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech, S.L.U. through a merger by absorption.

This integration is aligned with Telefónica's Transform & Grow strategic plan, launched in November, which promotes a more agile, more efficient organisation with enhanced capabilities to accelerate business growth, and represents a further step in the transformation of its Telefónica Tech unit.

By integrating the talent, expertise and capabilities of both companies into a single organisation, we are simplifying our processes, strengthening collaboration between teams and enhancing our ability to innovate and deliver a better service to our customers.

The integration is expected to take effect for employment purposes from 1 November 2026, the date on which Altostratus employees will become part of the Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech workforce, while maintaining continuity of their employment and terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable legislation.

For accounting and tax purposes, the merger will take effect from 1 January 2026, in accordance with the merger plan.
