We strengthen Cybersecurity for the mid-market with a new managed MxDR service

Today we announce the launch in Spain of a new managed MxDR Cybersecurity solution, designed specifically for companies in the mid-market segment with between 150 and 1,000 devices. With this new solution, we expand our Cybersecurity offering to help companies continuously detect and respond to threats arising in any corporate system.

Designed and operated by Telefónica Tech, our service protects workstations, servers, identities, cloud environments, email and the network. To achieve this, we combine the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform with our network expertise and the experience of the analysts at our Security Operations Centers (SOCs), enabling us to continuously monitor customers’ systems, investigate the origin and actual scope of each incident, and respond proactively to contain attacks.

The solution is available in three tiers (Essential, Advanced and Premium) to meet the different needs of organisations. Our aim is to make advanced Cybersecurity capabilities accessible without requiring companies to invest in specialist staff, complex processes or additional technologies, allowing them to focus on business continuity.

In addition, this service contributes to compliance with European regulatory requirements and standards such as NIS2 and DORA, strengthening companies’ resilience against cyber threats. This proposal addresses the needs of a segment whose companies are often targeted by cybercriminals because many do not have their own SOC or dedicated specialist teams to protect against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
