We collaborate with Telefónica Foundation to offer free Cyber Security courses

Telefónica Foundation, through the online and free training platform, has launched the first of its five Cyber Security courses developed by professionals from Telefónica Tech. The courses have been developed by Telefónica Tech professionals through Govertis, our company specialized in cybersecurity, data protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

These courses allow learning Cybersecurity gradually, from a basic level to an advanced one. This first course, "Introduction to Information Security," addresses topics such as awareness of data protection and security, strategies and technologies to safeguard data integrity, legal regulations, practical guidelines to adopt cyber-secure habits, and security policies in an organization.

The demand for Cyber Security specialists is increasing due to the growing digitization trend in society and exposure to cyber threats and vulnerabilities, as documented in our Telefónica Tech's Security Status Report 2023. These courses aim to meet the growing need for specialized Cybersecurity personnel in all professional fields.
