Announcing strong financial results in 2024

Telefónica has announced the Group's financial results for 2024, with revenues increasing to €41,315 million (+1.6%) and adjusted net profit reaching €2,304 million. The results meet all financial targets set last year.

From Telefónica Tech, Telefónica's digital business unit, we have contributed to the Group's results by growing our annual revenues by 10%, to €2,065 million.

We have also achieved our social goals as a Group:

• We have 34% women in executive positions, exceeding our goal of 33.4% by 2024.
• The employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) reached 75 points, exceeding the challenge to surpass 70 points.
• Through Fundación Telefónica we have improved the technological skills and employability of more than one million people.

In the environmental section, we remain on track to achieve net zero emissions by 2040. Since 2015 we have reduced total emissions by 52%. After decreasing energy consumption per unit of traffic by 90%, the goal is now to reduce it by 95% by 2030. Additionally, in 2024, we have reused five million electronic devices, 11% more than in 2023.
