We have signed a strategic agreement with hiberus for the acquisition of our operations in Colombia, Mexico, and Chile. This move is a natural step in our evolution at Telefónica Tech as a digital services company, aligned with the Telefónica Group’s new strategic plan, Transform & Grow. It allows us to simplify our structure and reinforce our focus on strategic priorities, while continuing to serve our multinational clients and ensuring operational continuity in the region.

Although hiberus will take over the management of local operations, we will remain present in Latin America through our direct support for multinational clients and via the Digital Operations Center (DOC) in Colombia, which will remain part of Telefónica Tech and continue operating as usual, contributing to the support of our global services.

The agreement will be implemented in compliance with current regulations, with no impact on employment or the services we provide. This long-term partnership with hiberus will ensure service continuity and reinforce our commitment to quality and close client relationships.
