Strengthening the Future Workplace Proposal by Launching Innovative Communication and Collaboration Solutions Jointly with Microsoft

As part of our strategic alliance with Microsoft, we strengthened our Future Workplace proposal by jointly announcing our agreement to transform thousands of companies' communications and collaboration. In this context, we have jointly launched innovative solutions for the future workplace. These proposals, targeting large companies, SMEs, and organizations, unify voice digital services with collaborative work tools in an integrated cloud solution.

Thanks to this agreement, our solutions based on the Microsoft Teams Phone voice platform offer integrated communication and complete availability. This allows employees to access and work collaboratively from anywhere and on any device, such as computers, tablets, or mobile phones. This solidifies Telefónica Tech's position as a leader in the unique set of managed products and services for the hybrid workplace (work from home + work from the office), in the cloud and securely.

For this purpose, we have launched two different solutions on the market, in collaboration with Telefónica Empresas. These proposals combine Telefónica Tech's cloud capabilities with Telefónica España's corporate communication network.

• Centrex 365: Designed to meet large and medium-sized enterprises' voice needs, offering secure and integrated cloud telephony and unified communications, including delegated administration and support.
• Fusión Digital 365: Combining the strengths of Fusión Digital with Microsoft Teams Phone and Teams Essential, providing a comprehensive solution for SMEs that includes connectivity, fixed positions with switchboard service, collaboration, mobile positions, and security.

These solutions aim to help companies transform their corporate communications, saving costs and improving the employee experience. They do this through tools that enable collaboration and communication in a mobile, hybrid, and flexible work environment.
