Cyber Security and innovation for the tourism sector at TIS 2024

In the 5th edition of the Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS 2024), which will be held in Seville from October 23 to 25, Telefónica Tech will share our expertise in key areas for the digital transformation of the tourism sector. Under the theme “Driving Digitalization in Tourism,” we have prepared a panel of experts who will address the latest technological innovations:

• We will discuss the importance of Cyber Security also on tourism, providing the keys to fostering a secure and reliable digital environment for both, tourism companies and travelers.
• We will explain how Artificial Intelligence and Data help anticipate travelers' preferences and personalize their experiences, as well as manage crowds and develop sustainable practices.

Additionally, at Telefónica we will present the new Hub of Tourism Innovation Companies, comprising more than 40 companies from the tourism sector, with the aim of providing support and specialized technical assistance to Smart Tourism Destinations (STDs).

Our commitment to digitalization and security in the tourism sector will be reflected in each of our interventions, demonstrating how our digital solutions enrich the sector, making it more global, connected, sustainable, and competitive.
