We have inaugurated our new ‘Talent and Technology Center’ in Granada, where more than 100 professionals are already working to deliver advanced Cyber Security and Microsoft-based services. This initiative reinforces our commitment to local talent and positions Andalusia as a strategic hub for digital innovation.
Located in Telefónica’s Zaidín building, the center brings together experts in areas such as IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Cloud, as well as newly graduated professionals who are being continuously trained and certified in the latest technologies. From this center, we will provide 24/7 support for critical services, in coordination with our Digital Operations Center in Colombia.
This center enhances our ability to help companies accelerate their digital transformation. We accompany them throughout their journey to the cloud by providing end-to-end support, real-time monitoring of their systems and critical services, and full management of digital operations. We also deliver advanced Cyber Security services to detect and prevent threats through real-time monitoring technologies.
We are actively collaborating with Andalusian universities—especially the University of Granada—to identify and nurture young talent with strong technological skills. With this center, we are strengthening the local digital ecosystem, fostering academic collaboration, and generating new professional and economic opportunities in the region.
