We announce the CISO Club initiative to promote Cybersecurity

Today we announce that Telefónica Tech and the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC) have launched the CISO Club, a space for Cybersecurity professionals to find solutions and answers to upcoming challenges through collaboration and knowledge exchange.

The launch event, held at the Espacio Telefónica Foundation, featured the participation of María Jesús Almazor, COO of Telefónica Tech for Spain and America. Representatives from prominent institutions such as the National Institute of Cybersecurity (Incibe), Isaca, National Cryptologic Center (CCN), Center for Systems and Information Technology (Cestic) of the Ministry of Defense, Industrial Cybersecurity Center (CCI), BBVA, Renfe, and Naturgy, among others, also attended.

The Club del CISO initiative is aimed at CISOs and Cyber Security professionals from both the public and private sectors, nationally and internationally, to strengthen collaboration and knowledge exchange among companies and institutions to enhance Cybersecurity services. It is also open to young people, university students, and professionals interested in this field and in specializing in Cybersecurity areas through Govertis, part of Telefónica Tech.
