Decision-making exercise at our DOC in Colombia

Our Digital Operations Center (DOC) in Colombia has recently been the setting for an innovative exercise on 'Decision-making in hyper-connected environments'. This event, part of the Multidimensional High Strategic Leadership Program (PALEM), counted with the collaboration of the School of Business and Management of UMNG, Bulwark Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyberbit and our colleagues from Telefónica Tech Colombia.

We tested the participants' abilities to make quick, effective decisions and manage a crisis in real time, simulating a scenario in which the critical assets of companies and institutions were compromised. Attendees demonstrated their abilities to mitigate risks and protect these assets in a highly interconnected environment.

Our main objective was to highlight the importance of strategic management aligned with Cyber Security, preparing leaders to face the growing challenges of cyberspace. UMNG, through its School of Business and Management, reaffirmed its commitment to developing talent in Cyber Security. We continue, together with our key partners, to strengthen the technological and strategic capabilities of future leaders in the protection of critical national and international assets.
