GenAI Platform at Telefónica Innovation Day

The latest edition of Telefónica Innovation Day, held in Murcia (Spain), brought together over forty companies from the tourism and tech sectors to showcase their latest innovations and solutions. Telefónica Tech participated in the event by presenting our new GenAI Platform.

GenAI Platform is a solution designed to help companies of all sizes and industries adopt Generative AI quickly and easily. It enables the creation of customized virtual assistants that streamline internal processes, drive digital transformation, and enhance the customer experience. With a plug-and-play architecture, the platform provides access to advanced language models (LLMs)—offering power, flexibility, and security without complex setup.

One of the standout features of GenAI Platform is its ability to comply with data governance policies, ensuring secure connections to clients' data repositories. It also makes it easier to compare models based on cost, performance, and latency, and includes real-time monitoring tools.

Among the innovations showcased at the event were solutions focused on accessibility, digital transformation in the public sector, real-time content recording and broadcasting, and AI in healthcare. The event highlighted the creativity and momentum of the tech sector in the Region of Murcia.
