Today we announce the deployment of Generative AI solutions in Eurofirms People First, the leading Spanish multinational talent management company. This project aims to optimize recruitment processes and provide automated support to employees.
The Generative AI-based system stands out for its ability to improve recruitment accuracy. By comparing over 20 parameters of candidates, the system ensures a thorough and equitable evaluation, promoting labor inclusion. Among the factors taken into account are professional experience, specific skills, academic background, and other relevant elements that ensures fair and efficient candidate selection.
In addition to optimizing recruitment processes, Telefónica Tech has developed a state-of-the-art virtual assistant. This assistant, integrated into the Microsoft Teams platform, provides continuous support to employees, facilitating the resolution of queries and the management of administrative tasks. The inclusion of this virtual assistant represents a significant advancement in internal processes automation, improving organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
