Telefónica Tech monitors different actors related to Ransomware threats. Ransomware is one of the main concerns of organizations in terms of cybersecurity due to its operational, functional and reputational impact. There are threat actors who are carrying out these attacks for cybercriminal purposes and who present different monetization models, ranging from extortion and double extortion to driving complex affiliate systems in the Ransomware As A Service approach.
