We power the protection of more than 2 million mobile lines with our network-level Cybersecurity technology

At Telefónica Tech, we drive the technological development behind Telefónica Empresas’ Mobile Network Security (SRM) service, embedding cybersecurity directly into the network and contributing to the protection of more than 2 million corporate mobile lines.

Since its launch in 2022, SRM has been deployed across more than 112,000 customers, of which 37.5% are large corporations and 62.5% are small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2025 alone, the service blocked more than 926 million attacks, including 836 million malware infection attempts, 51 million phishing attacks, and 39.5 million botnet-related incidents.

Our technology enables a network-based protection model based on DNS query inspection, automatically blocking access to malicious domains before threats reach the device. This approach requires no software installation or additional configuration on endpoints and provides coverage for both domestic mobile traffic and international roaming.

The service is complemented by a self-management web portal through which companies can activate and configure SRM, create employee groups with different filtering levels, customize blocking pages, define category-based restrictions, and generate detailed activity reports. This management capability supports risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal policies such as digital disconnection.
