We grow 6.6% and strengthen our capabilities, market position and recognition

Telefónica Group has started 2025 with a net profit of €427 million in the first quarter. Revenue grew 1.3% organically, driven by strong performance in Spain, Brazil and Germany, as well as by the growth of the B2B segment, which increased by 5.4%.

In this context, at Telefónica Tech we reported revenues of €508 million, with a year-on-year growth of 6.6%, driven by solid commercial momentum and service diversification. This growth consolidates our role as a digital solutions integrator for businesses, with strong traction in sectors such as finance, retail, healthcare, industry and public services.

Highlights from the quarter include:

• We have strengthened our global delivery capabilities and consolidated our presence in Europe, where 80% of our team is based. Our workforce is made up of more than 7,000 professionals holding over 6,500 certifications.
• We have launched new Cyber Security services, including web application protection solutions, advanced technology integration, and AI-powered services. We have also expanded our proprietary Cloud platform's functionalities to enhance efficiency and digital asset management.
• In the IoT space, we have developed new mobility and process automation solutions, applying technologies such as digital twins and our proprietary connectivity platform.

These advancements reinforce our leadership in Cyber Security, Cloud, AI & Data, and IoT, supported by recognition from international analysts such as Gartner and Global Data.
