Together with Fortinet taking cybersecurity a step further

We at Telefónica Tech continue to develop our cybersecurity offering with the launch of new advanced SecOps services in collaboration with Fortinet, enabling us to offer our customers more integrated protection based on prevention, detection and response, all fully integrated into a single platform.

We are addressing one of the main current cybersecurity challenges with this development: the lack of integration between tools. Despite the growing adoption of security solutions, many companies continue to face blind spots across their networks, users, and cloud environments, as well as complex operations and long detection times.

A more integrated SecOps architecture

As part of this evolution, we are incorporating new security operations (SecOps) capabilities supported by three key pillars.

• FortiSIEM enables events to be correlated and provides a comprehensive view of activity, making it easier to detect genuine threats with greater context and fewer false alerts.
• FortiNDR incorporates advanced analysis based on artificial intelligence to identify hidden threats in internal traffic before they can impact the business.
• FortiSOAR automates response and orchestrates SOC actions, helping to reduce resolution times and improve operational efficiency. 

This approach enables our customers to improve their detection capabilities, speed up incident response and reduce complexity by consolidating multiple tools into a single technological and operational ecosystem.
