Our 4G and 5G private network offering is again a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.

Today we announce that Gartner has once again recognised us as a Leader for our 4G and 5G private network offering in the Magic Quadrant for 4G and 5G Private Mobile Network Services report. Our global 4G and 5G private network offering, part of the Telefónica Tech portfolio, features a multi-vendor approach and advanced industrial services.

We provide dedicated private networks with 5G SA architecture, a private core and dedicated coverage to support critical use cases requiring low latency and high availability. We also provide hybrid networks that combine private networks and public coverage to extend mobility and optimise deployment depending on the geographical location.

We also have extensive capabilities in the industrial sector, significantly strengthened by the acquisition of Geprom in 2021. This enables us to offer private network services integrated with Edge Computing, Cybersecurity, AI, information and operational technologies (IT/OT), blockchain, mobile robotics and connected assets.

We are currently focusing primarily on sectors such as energy and manufacturing, while also strengthening our position in universities and innovation centres, security and defence, and airports. An increasing number of business customers are placing their trust in us when deploying these networks because of their customisation capabilities, high autonomy and low latency, as well as greater security and privacy when working with data locally.
