The Telefónica Chair at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) and Telefónica Tech are launching the summer course Telefónica Tech Workshop: AI, IoT and entrepreneurship for digital innovation. The workshop will take place on 8 July at Universitas (Distrito Telefónica), running for six hours with a maximum of 45 participants. You can register here.
This initiative is academically led by Telefónica Tech’s Innovation and New IoT Business team, and is part of the company’s commitment to young talent and responsible innovation.
The course is part of the official UCM summer programme and aims to offer a practical, advanced perspective on the impact of technology on business and society. Participants will develop a complete IoT solution from the perspective of a B2B tech services company, combining theory and hands-on activities. The course will cover both technical and strategic aspects, from product definition to business model design and go-to-market planning.
Registration is open to students, professionals, and the general public interested in gaining a multidisciplinary understanding of the digital future. The course is supported by the General Foundation of UCM, and the teaching team will include professors from the Complutense University and active professionals from Spain’s digital and innovation ecosystem.
