[Spanish Only] Telefónica Tech Workshop: Product Design and Business Model for IoT Solutions at the University of Granada

Telefónica Tech’s New Business & IoT Innovation team has delivered a workshop at the School of Computer and Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Granada (UGR), focusing on product design and business models for IoT solutions.

During this four-hour training session, students worked in teams to develop comprehensive proposals for IoT solutions from the perspective of a B2B technology services company. The session combined technical definition, architecture and connectivity with monetisation and scalability strategies using the Lean Canvas methodology. The entire process was supported by expert professionals from Telefónica Tech and lecturers from the UGR. The workshop concluded with a ‘start-up pitch’ session, in which students presented their projects and received direct feedback from the innovation team.

Through initiatives such as this workshop, organised by the Telefónica Chair at the University of Granada, Telefónica Tech reinforces its commitment to the university and to training new talent in key technologies such as IoT, Cloud and AI.
