Fermax, a Spanish manufacturer with more than 75 years' experience in home connectivity solutions, access control and video intercom systems, connects its already installed devices with IoT in Spain and in other countries such as France and Portugal.

We deployed our managed IoT Connectivity solution and Kite Platform, providing visibility and centralized control of Fermax’s connected video intercoms through SIM-IoT. Kite enables SIM activation and deactivation, monitoring of consumption, coverage, and the detection of operational or security anomalies in order to apply predictive maintenance.

With the DuoxMe app, end users can see who is calling, talk and open the door from their phone, improving home security. In addition, installers use the MyConnect platform to remotely manage 4G installations and anticipate incidents.

Fermax surpassed 27,000 connected 4G panels (with integrated SIM-IoT) in Jan 2026 and aims to exceed 100,000 by 2030, with 15,000–20,000 new installations per year.
