The project consisted of outsourcing its entire Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure while maintaining the standard of management and operational excellence. An important part of these services was the security solutions managed through the Security Operation Centre, both for IT and OT, with a significant deployment of Cisco technologies.
