Santa Pola Town Council, together with the joint venture formed by Ferrovial Energía and Iberdrola, has driven forward the transformation of its street lighting system using our Smart Outdoor Lighting solution. The project enables the individual remote management of 6,200 LED luminaires using NB-IoT technology, facilitating more efficient and flexible management that is tailored to the needs of the urban environment.

Through a network of connected nodes, the solution collects and transmits data in real time to centralised platforms, enabling the optimisation of light output, improving service operations and moving towards data-driven management. Furthermore, it facilitates more efficient maintenance through the early detection of faults and contributes to a more sustainable city model by reducing energy consumption, light pollution and the carbon footprint.
