Implementing Geotab's 'Keyless' solution in Vecttor for safer and more efficient mobility

Vecttor, the urban passenger mobility company and subsidiary of the Cabify group, has announced the implementation of Geotab's 'Keyless' technology solution. Together with Telefónica Tech, we have collaborated on the implementation of this solution, which allows Vecttor drivers to open, close, start, and locate vehicles from the 'Vecttor Drivers' app, facilitating complete fleet traceability and increasing operational efficiency.

Vector's fleet, consisting of more than 3,000 vehicles in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, and Málaga, provides a safer and more convenient driving experience, eliminating physical keys. 'Keyless' also enables real-time vehicle location and efficient fleet management, reducing costs and environmental impact.

This technology enhances operational efficiency and provides a smoother and safer experience for drivers, promoting more sustainable and connected mobility. This agreement adds to the collaboration initiated in 2023 between the three companies. This collaboration has reduced 20 tons of CO2 emissions per year.
