Eurofirms People First, a leading headhunting company in Spain, has integrated Generative AI solutions to streamline candidate prioritization and optimize internal support, transforming its operational model. A system has been implemented to analyze résumés with greater speed and accuracy, integrating data into their models to better match offers with candidate preferences, allowing recruiters to focus more on interactions with candidates and clients.

Additionally, virtual assistants have been introduced via Microsoft Teams to respond to HR and administrative queries, providing fast and automated support to employees. These innovations have enhanced the employee experience by freeing them up for higher-value strategic tasks and delivering key information in real time.
