Highlights of the success story
Early warning of threats
Our intelligence team's continuous monitoring of the hacktivist environment allowed us to alert the customer a few minutes after the announcement of a DDoS attack by the NoName057(16) group, which frequently targets Spanish interests. This was three hours before the attack reached its maximum level of intensity. This early warning in turn allowed the customer to take the necessary preventive measures to avoid critical disruptions to its operations.
Improved security posture
We defined a strategy to achieve a security rating that is typical of financial institutions, where the regulatory environment is very demanding. In just under four months, we achieved a 40-point increase in its security rating, positioning it as a benchmark in the industry, correcting potential security problems and strengthening its reputation with its stakeholders, proving a clear commitment to cyber security.
Customized Investigations
Thanks to our dedicated intelligence analyst, the customer has a tailored intelligence service, ready to respond to any threat. In a recent case, after a thorough investigation, we tracked down the user who had stolen a corporate device, enabling it to be recovered and preventing a possible leak of confidential data.
Data leakage analysis
In order to anticipate potential risks, our team has been monitoring all known leaks affecting suppliers and partners for more than 10 years and has so far analyzed 45 billion emails with a possible impact on our customers. In a recent case, we identified a leak at a supplier, however, thanks to our analysis, we were able to confirm that the data of the customer of the important project on which we were working together had not been affected, instead it had affected a subsidiary of the supplier.
Intelligence sharing
We took on an ambitious project: the deployment and configuration of an intelligence platform, integrating our 160+ sources (both proprietary intelligence and other data sources) with around 15 of the organization's own systems. The result: a unified intelligence ecosystem that provides a holistic view of threats and strengthens the customer's security posture.
