Telefónica Tech’s Secure Internet Access Branch (SIA Branch) or Managed UTM (Unified Threat Management) service is based on the remote deployment, configuration, and management of a Fortinet new generation firewall by our team of experts. With this service, the customer will be able to strengthen the security and visibility of the traffic circulating on their network with a monthly payment system.

OUR VALUE PROPOSITION

Our service

Telefónica Tech’s SIA Branch service is a managed security service based on the customer’s on-premise security
appliance. It includes: supply, installation at the customer’s office and configuration; administration of requests and queries in 8x5 mode by the DOC and the global network of SOCs of Telefónica Tech; maintenance of incident response in 24x7 mode by our DOC and the global network of SOCs; monthly payments, 12, 24 or 36 months contract; the customer requests the required configuration based on the points available in the service; valid for the entire national territory.

What does it allow?

The service makes it possible to create a border or perimeter between the Internet and the client’s internal network, monitoring the information flows between both networks, being able to apply:
Visibility and reporting.
Antivirus filtering.
Protection against attacks.
Application detection and control.
Internal user browsing control.
Antimalware protection.
