Grupo BC, with a centralized Google Workspace console and 5,000 users, decided to separate its LATAM operation into a new independent console, migrating more than 1,700 users. The customer trusted us with this restructuring, which had no margin for error.

We developed and executed a work plan to ensure the customer's operational continuity. In order to do this, we carried out the first Google Workspace Domain Transfer in Spain. This process allowed the consoles to be separated without affecting business continuity. The work proposal included evaluation of the current console, configuration of the new console, execution of the Domain Transfer, and validation and final adjustments.

Use case highlights

Zero impact on operations

Unlike other methods, Domain Transfer avoided disruptions to daily business operations.

More secure and flexible infrastructure

Since implementing Domain Transfer, the customer now has a technological structure tailored to its growth strategy.

Increased organization and efficiency

Separating the console optimized resources and improved management control.

Time and cost optimization

Migrating with zero service downtime resulted in a faster and more efficient transition.
