ELES adopted Microsoft Dynamics AX in 2015. By upgrading to the latest industry specific version of the ERP solution for Utilities and Infrastructure Management, the company moved to a cloud-based solution. Based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations the solution enhanced efficiency, security, and scalability. Further enhancements included embedded Power BI reports for expedited insights and the implementation of a data lake, elevating analytical capabilities. The collaboration evolved into the visionary DIGI-ELES project, integrating cutting-edge technologies like IoT, digital twins, and AI to develop and enhance digital competencies that will help address future challenges.
