About the project

ENSOL 360 designs and delivers custom karting systems worldwide. With 25+ complex projects running at once, it replaced spreadsheets and disconnected tools with Microsoft Dynamics 365, creating one governed platform across finance, project operations, CRM and engineering.

Operating across 30+ countries, ENSOL 360 manages the full lifecycle of engineer-to-order projects, from sales and design through procurement, shipping, installation and financial close. Growth had left teams relying on shared Excel files, email and disconnected tools, with project finances open to manual changes, hours estimated monthly from memory, and no single portfolio view.

BE-terna, part of Telefónica, implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Project Operations and CRM, integrated with ENSOL's existing Power BI environment and Archicad. Today, time is logged daily by task, planned and actual costs are visible in real time, CRM data flows into project execution, and bills of materials move from BIM into procurement without re-entry. Leadership can review 25+ active projects from live dashboards, supported by role-based access and auditable workflows.
