Infobip’s global growth outpaced its finance structure. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, it created a centralized, scalable platform for reporting, cash visibility and governance across more than 90 countries.

Rapid international expansion left Infobip with finance processes that had evolved differently across regions. Accounting was distributed, cash flow tracking was heavily manual, invoice-to-payment matching was not automated, and leadership lacked timely consolidated insight.

BE-terna introduced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance as the foundation for a unified finance architecture. The first go-live took place in early 2020, followed by centralized procurement and rollout to more than 90 additional countries in about 18 months. Today, Infobip has centralized financial reporting, standardized tax and accounting configurations, automated bank integrations, real-time visibility into cash flow and transactions, and independent financial statements by legal entity. Local finance teams operate with greater autonomy while the group retains consistent governance and a scalable platform for continued growth.

Use case highlights

Centralized reporting across 90+ countries

A unified finance platform gives Infobip centralized reporting across its global entities, improving consolidation and providing leadership with a consistent view of financial performance.

Standardized governance with local autonomy

Common tax and accounting configurations support global consistency, while local finance teams can produce independent financial statements and operate with greater day-to-day autonomy.

A finance platform built to scale with growth

After the initial go-live, Infobip rolled Dynamics 365 Finance out to more than 90 additional countries in approximately 18 months, creating a cloud foundation that can evolve with the business.

Real-time cash and transaction visibility

Dynamics 365 Finance provides faster visibility into cash flow, open transactions and settled payments, reducing the delays created by manual tracking and fragmented regional processes.

Automated banking and less manual finance work

Automated bank integrations and a more structured finance model reduce manual effort, improve transparency between invoices and payments, and lessen reliance on external accounting providers.
