We have transformed Europe's flagship Movistar store. The new Espacio Movistar combines technology, entertainment, and a century of history in a 2,800 m² space, with two floors connected to the Espacio Fundación Telefónica. Among the solutions developed, the Immersive Cube stands out. It is a structure of five LED screens with surround sound and aromas that offer a unique sensory experience. The Fourth Façade is a 23-meter-long LED screen that uses generative AI to display dynamic and relevant data. We have implemented a mobile sales system that allows visitors to self-manage their visit and live a phygital experience that goes beyond the limits of traditional retail. We also implemented the Visitor Funnel, a comprehensive solution that combines insights from video analytics with outdoor mobility data, to offer a complete view of the visitor's journey and profile to adapt the space to the specific needs of each customer.
This solution allows to join the physical world with the digital world, in such a way that connects the stock and information of everything that happens in the physical store with the e-commerce, acting as one.
