Partnering with Telefónica Tech, Which? implemented a low-code, scalable solution using Power Platform and Azure Data Factory.

The new system automates workflows, centralises data through Power Apps, and integrates with a CMS for online publishing. Staff can now monitor the test lifecycle in real-time, search historical product data, and generate insights for reporting.
