About the project

Proserv collaborated with Telefónica Tech to upgrade its ERP from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. The solution standardised processes, reduced complexity, and enabled cloud-based, 24/7 operations.

Rolled out across the UK, US, India, and beyond, the project included workshops, tailored ISV integrations, and a Centre of Excellence to ensure smooth adoption. With embedded AI and integrated Power BI dashboards, Proserv now benefits from real-time insights, faster decision-making, and a future-proof platform for global growth.
